At Alder Jewellers Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your exquisite purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and bespoke or engraved items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original Alder box and protective pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Paris

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
